CASE STUDIES ON RESEARCH COMMERCIALISATION IN CSIRO

BOE prepared case studies of research management and commercialisation. The case studies were commissioned by CSIRO specifically to:

• provide examples of best practice in the management of research and technology transfer;
• show the types of achievement that CSIRO values and will reward in the future; and
• capture the learning of successful projects so other staff can draw and build on them for the future.
